We’ve teamed up with Royal Mail to provide you with a range of delivery choices tailored to your needs. As the most well-known postal service in the UK, Royal Mail offers reliable delivery services. On the day of delivery, Royal Mail typically sends a delivery window, usually lasting about four hours in the morning. All our medications are shipped discreetly in plain brown packaging.

Please note that Royal Mail has limited operations on Sundays and public holidays, which will be reflected in the delivery estimates shown at checkout. This is important to consider when placing your order.

If you’re not available when the delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave a notification card. This card provides details on where you can collect your parcel or how to reschedule the delivery. You can choose to have the parcel redelivered as early as the next business day using the link provided on the card or through your parcel tracking link.

All our shipments are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, with a standard fee of £X. This rate also applies to temperature-sensitive deliveries, such as those for weight loss injections.
