Medicine Refund and Return Policy

Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we strive to provide you with the highest quality medicines. However, due to strict legal and health guidelines, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of medicines once they have left our pharmacy. This policy ensures that we maintain the safety and effectiveness of our products, as we cannot reuse returned medicines. If you have any unwanted or unused medications, please avoid disposing of them in the trash or flushing them down the toilet. Instead, take them to a local pharmacy where they can be disposed of safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.

If you need to cancel an order for medicines that are to be delivered by mail, you may do so at any time before the dispatch. Simply contact our customer service team by phone or email with your order number and details, and we will process your cancellation request. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund it. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the medicines, as we cannot provide refunds for missed deliveries. In the event that you receive the wrong prescription-only medicines or if the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please contact us immediately and refrain from using the product. We will guide you on the proper disposal method and assist with reordering. If you have already paid for the medicines, we will refund any amounts due if the prescription-only items are incorrect, damaged, or faulty. However, if you simply change your mind, you are not entitled to cancel the order for a prescription-only medicine and receive a refund.

Refunds

We will inspect and notify you after we receive the item you returned. Following the inspection, we will swiftly notify you of the progress of your refund. If your return passes our acceptance requirements, we’ll start processing your refund to your credit card or original payment method. The credit should appear in your account within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s regulations.

Return Shipping

You will need to cover the shipping expenses for returning your item, as these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
